The Development Process

FEM Analysis and Topology Optimization

To deliver functional, intelligent, and intuitive solutions, we employ finite element methods to enhance our designs. Moreover, we optimize the topology of components and products to simplify manufacturing, reduce weight, and save time and costs.

Prototyping

Whether during the conception or design phase, we offer initial parts to clients for visual and functional assessment, through Voice of Customer feedback or Cadaver Lab testing. With our diverse materials and in-house 3D printing technologies, coupled with our extensive network, we're committed to delivering prompt and proactive support, staying one step ahead.

Qualification

The final stage in the product cycle involves conducting post-market surveillance. This allows us to understand the end-user needs better. This valuable insight and experience drive the enhancement of our products and spark innovative ideas.
